The Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee is meeting Friday and Saturday, September 24-5, 2010, at the Radisson Valley Forge (1160 First Avenue, King of Prussia, PA 19046). The choice of Valley Forge is all too appropriate given the battle ahead leading to Election Day. One of the highlights will be the Victory 2010 Election Season Battleground Picnic! It’s on Friday, September 24, from 6:30-9PM. Join Chairman Burn and invited guests Dan Onorato and Joe Sestak to share in picnic fare and refreshments. Many candidates will be there to help make this an evening that you won’t soon forget. Learn more at the PA Dems web site. The picnic is followed by a free Gala Dessert Reception with a DJ and dancing from 9 to midnight. Bring your family and have a blast!

Electing Democrats requires organization and funds. Join fellow chairs for a best practice session on fundraising and organizing your county party for Election Day. This session is recommended for all.

The key component to winning an election is getting voters to the polls to vote for Democrats. This means organizing your neighborhoods and communities and talking to your neighbors. We need YOU to become an energetic team leader. Learn how to recruit, organize, and mobilize volunteers in your neighborhood using VoteBuilder, networking tools and the newest organizing skills. This is recommended for all committeepersons and volunteers.
